Minnow is a small tech studio. We've spent years helping businesses use technology better - not by selling them systems they don't need, but by building exactly what they do.
We made Moki at moki.health. Booki is our latest. Everything else lives at minnow.tech.
Why Booki exists.
The booking platforms activity providers rely on are old, expensive, and mostly unloved. They were built when the market had no alternatives and they've coasted ever since - charging percentages of every booking, making small improvements once in a while, and fielding support tickets through teams who've never touched the product. Most won't even tell you what they charge until you've sat through a sales call.
We built Booki for PH ActiveEd - a multi-school coaching organisation paying thousands every year for a platform that hadn't improved in years. We rebuilt it properly, from the ground up. They saved thousands in year one, so we decided to make it available to others.
What it's like to work with us.
There's no sales team. No account manager who vanishes once the contract's signed. No support queue that leaves you waiting days for a reply.
